Due to the perishable and living nature of our plants, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any plant material — whether collected from our Pretoria farm or delivered.

Collection & Delivery Note:
All plants are sold “as seen” at time of collection or dispatch. We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon receipt.
