Terms and Conditions
Please review the following terms before placing an order. By purchasing from LavenderSA, you agree to these conditions.
Pricing and Validity
- All prices reflect Standard Retail Pricing for purchases of fewer than 10 plants, effective July 2026.
- July Specials are valid from 1–31 July 2026 or while stocks last, whichever comes first.
- Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR)
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to unforeseen supply chain or climatic factors.
Bulk and Trade Orders
- Orders of 10 or more plants qualify for bulk pricing. Please contact us via WhatsApp for a custom quote.
- Trade discounts for landscapers, garden designers, and estate managers require prior approval.
- Bulk orders may require a 50% deposit to secure stock, with balance due on collection.
Collection and Delivery
- Collection: All orders are available for collection at our nursery in Garsfontein, Pretoria East, Gauteng. Collection hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–15:00.
- Courier/Delivery: Courier arrangements can be made at the buyer's cost and risk. LavenderSA is not liable for plant damage during transit. Please contact us to organise logistics.
- Plants are prepared for collection within 24–48 hours of order confirmation. We will notify you via WhatsApp when your order is ready.
Stock and Availability
- All July Specials are subject to availability. We recommend reserving early to avoid disappointment.
- Stock levels are updated regularly, but we cannot guarantee availability after an order is placed until confirmed by our team.
- Substitutions of similar variety or value may occur if your selected plant is unavailable. We will consult with you before making any changes.
Plant Care and Suitability
- We encourage customers to research plant suitability for their specific garden conditions. LavenderSA is not liable for plant performance due to soil, climate, or care variations.
Reservations and Cancellations
- Orders can be reserved via WhatsApp at 074 257 6737. Reservations are held for 7 days unless otherwise agreed.
- Cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours before scheduled collection. Deposits for bulk orders are non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of collection.
- No-shows for reserved orders may result in release of stock to other customers.
Liability and Disclaimer
- Plants are living organisms. While we take every care to supply healthy, true-to-type stock, we cannot guarantee performance after the plant leaves our farm.
- LavenderSA is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our plants, including but not limited to landscaping projects, event styling, or culinary applications.
- Customers are responsible for complying with local municipal regulations regarding plant installation, especially for boundary screening or heritage properties.
